Yesterday evening – 2015-07-07 – our colleague Sabine Z. has died of her injuries in a depth of about 70m during an exploration tour.
Despite immediate first aid through her tour companions and a large number of rescuers she died at the scene of the accident.
Sabine was part of the Austrian cave rescuers, who have been in operation at the accidents 2014 in Riesending-Schachthöhle / GER (12 days) and Jack-Daniels-Höhle / AUT (4 days).
Sabine – we will miss you.
