The 13th European Cave Rescue Meeting is going to take place in Istanbul, Turkey from 14th to 17th November 2019.
International collaboration will be the focus.
This meeting is organized by the Speleological Federation of Turkey (Mağara Kurtarma Komisyonu – Cave Rescue Commission, Turkey) on behalf of the European Cave Rescue Organization.

Introduction
After the extraordinary big event in the last year we will have again a smaller but balanced framework for our meeting.
The program offers workshops on technical topics, passage widening, a diving exercise and last but not least a round table discussing the future of international collaboration.

The event locations are close together and can be reached within a few minutes.
Participation fee and accommodation
The participation fee is 50 EUR and can be paid during registration of participants.
The participation fee includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner during the ECRA meeting. Accommodation on improvised campsite of the meeting place is available. Please take your own campsite equipment.
Official Language
The official language of the European Cave Rescue Meeting 2019 is English.
No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Presentations
All presentations must be written in English.
The presentations must be provided one week before the meeting to info@caverescue.eu.
Visa
No visa is required from citizens of the European countries. Please consult the Turkish Embassy in your country if in doubt. If needed, the participants can request a letter of Invitation by e-mail: info@caverescue.eu.
